Training

The training associated with the EOIS Mini-Moiré sensor mounted on a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is included in the cost of the system. This normally includes one week of in-field integration and training at the end user facility. If an additional week is needed, the standard EOIS weekly rate of $6,000 will apply.

The training associated with the EOIS Mini-Moiré sensor mounted on an Articulating Arm is included in the cost of the system. This normally includes 3 days of training at the EOIS facility*.

The training associated with the new low-cost, portable, wireless system "The Handy" includes a 3 day training course at EOIS for a fee of $2,500*.

The standard EOIS technical support policy for software is one year free via telephone: (310) 451-8566, facsimile: (310) 260-1509 or e-mail (eois@eois.com). In-field support can be obtained through a software maintenance agreement supplied by the distributor. For more information, please contact your local distributor.

The standard EOIS hardware warranty is 90 days. An additional hardware warranty can also be provided through a hardware maintenance agreement supplied by your local distributor.

EOIS Standard Engineering Rate

The Standard In-Field EOIS Engineering Rate for 1 week is $6,000. This does not include airfare, car rental or per diem expenses.
